2010 Directors Guild Awards - Giải thưởng của Hiệp hội Đạo diễn phim Hoa Kỳ (DGA) dành cho các tác phẩm điện ảnh và truyền hình xuất sắc, vừa diễn ra ngay 30/1. Giải thưởng tôn vinh các thành tích xuất sắc trong công tác đạo diễn phim của các đạo diễn phim điện ảnh và truyền hình. Giải thưởng này sẽ là tiền đề quan trọng cho giải đạo diễn xuất sắc của Oscar. Trong suốt lịch sử 62 năm của DGA, chỉ có 6 trường hợp đạo diễn xuất sắc của DGA bị trượt Oscar, nên cái tên được vinh danh tại DGA sẽ trở thành ứng cử viên nặng kí nhất cho đề cử đạo diễn xuất sắc tại Oscar.
